4. What is HYVVEBLEND?
HYVVEBLEND is our modular home system, a planning-sensitive, net-zero housing platform that enables individuals and developers to build high-quality homes quickly and precisely.
Each HYVVEBLEND combines pre-fabricated modules within a structural cradle that can expand, adapt, or relocate as life changes.
5. What is HYVVU?
HYVVU is our sanctuary and hospitality concept, a luxury, off-grid accommodation system for remote or planning-sensitive locations, developed in partnership with MODA.
It enables landowners and operators to monetise dormant land sustainably, offering five-star eco-retreats that leave no trace.
6. What is VITA?
VITA (Latin for life) is our off-grid utility module that provides autonomous electricity, water, heating, and waste management.
It operates independently or as a hybrid with the grid, turning every HYVVE product into a self-sustaining micro-infrastructure.
7. How sustainable are HYVVE systems in measurable terms?
Each system is designed for whole-life efficiency, and carbon, energy, and water use are measured from manufacture through operation and reuse.
HYVVEBLEND and HYVVU achieve net-zero operational performance, and every component is recyclable, redeployable, or renewable.
8. What certifications or warranties do HYVVE products carry?
All products meet or exceed UK and EU standards, including BOPAS accreditation, ISO 9001 manufacturing, and CE-rated components.
Each HYVVE home or sanctuary includes a full structural and systems warranty and a digital maintenance passport for lifetime transparency.

Most modules are built within 12 weeks, with on-site installation taking 3–7 days, depending on access and connection.

We oversee the entire lifecycle, from design validation and planning to manufacturing, logistics, and installation, ensuring precision, quality, and environmental alignment.

18. Where are HYVVE modules manufactured?
We currently partner with accredited European manufacturers, selected for sustainability and precision.
As we expand, in-country partnerships will localise production, reduce carbon footprint, and streamline logistics.
19. How is digital technology used in the process?
Our proprietary platform integrates AI-driven design logic, compliance checking, and cost modelling, allowing users to design responsibly while ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
20. Can VITA work with the mains, or is it only off-grid?
VITA can operate fully off-grid or connect seamlessly to the mains.
