2. Can VITA work with the mains, or is it only off-grid?
VITA can operate completely off-grid, but it is equally effective as a supplementary system to bolster and decarbonise homes connected to the mains. When used alongside HYVVEBLEND or HYVVU — which are already highly efficient — VITA optimises energy, water and waste usage to reduce dependency on external infrastructure.

3. How long does it take to manufacture and install an HYVVE home or module?
Most modules are manufactured within 12 weeks. Once delivered, installation is swift — often within 3 to 5 days — depending on the site context and connection requirements. We handle everything from delivery logistics to final commissioning.

4. What about planning permission and building regulations?
Our modules are designed with planning constraints in mind. We can provide outline planning support, and all modules are engineered to meet or exceed UK Building Regulations. We also work closely with local authorities to align with sustainability, biodiversity, and heritage goals.

5. Do HYVVE systems work in rural, coastal, or exposed sites?
Yes. All modules are designed to perform across a range of UK climates. High insulation values, intelligent heating (including graphene technologies), solar-ready systems, and robust structural design make them suitable for both urban and remote locations.

6. Can I customise the design, layout, or finishes of my HYVVE home?
Yes. HYVVEBLEND allows you to co-create your layout and aesthetic using our digital platform. You can select configurations, internal finishes, fixtures and performance upgrades that reflect how you want to live.

7. Are HYVVE homes mortgageable or eligible for financing?
Yes. Our modules can be funded via self-build mortgages and ethical lenders. We also provide cost planning support and connect you to professionals familiar with modular lending frameworks. BOPAS accreditation and regulatory compliance underpin our financial credibility.

8. What about maintenance after installation?
HYVVE systems are designed to be low-maintenance. VITA includes modular service access and integrated diagnostics. Routine maintenance is minimal, and we offer optional post-occupancy care packages to monitor performance and address any issues proactively.
