Each home is planning-sensitive by design, thermally engineered for long-term performance, and connected to the same digital and physical intelligence that governs every other home in the system. It is not a product range with fixed options. It is a decision framework, with architecture at its centre, giving people control over one of the most significant commitments of their lives.
VITA - The Infrastructure Platform
VITA is THE HYVVE's autonomous infrastructure platform — delivering energy, water, and waste management as an integrated, pre-commissioned system that can be deployed in 120 hours.
VITA is not an environmental feature. It is a land unlocking mechanism. Sites that carry genuine value but lack mains infrastructure — too remote, too constrained, too ecologically sensitive for conventional utility connection — become viable under VITA. That distinction is the commercial argument: VITA converts land that competing developers cannot activate into fully operational, high-performance assets.
HYVVU - PROVEN IN HOSPITALITY FIRST
Before THE HYVVE entered the housing market, its system was tested in the most commercially unforgiving environment a building can operate in. HYVVU, operated in partnership with MODA Hotel and Resort Management, delivers regenerative hospitality sanctuaries using the same HYVVEBLEND structures and VITA infrastructure that now underpin the housing proposition. Its flagship unit at Kingscote Barn in the Cotswolds has been the venue's best-selling room for five consecutive years, at occupancy above ninety per cent.
